Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of production workers to meet the daily targets
- To implement and maintain good manufacturing standards in order to achieve higher efficiency productivity and quality.
- Facilitate communication between different departments such as ordering, logistics, and sales departments to achieve common goals and resolve issues.
- Provide daily production output report and escalate issues/challenges to manager for immediate assistance.
- Involve in inventory control, data entry and etc.
- Collect production record report from production.
- Manage warehouse incoming stock and storage
- Conduct daily briefing to production workers at the beginning of the shift, such as communications about production target, quality & safety concern,etc.
- Monitor frequently the production activity and seek approval to adjust priorities or make any changes.
- Enforce food safety rules and good manufacturing practices.
- Manage manpower planning and handle staff discipline.
- Execute 5s housekeeping and ensure a safe environment.
- Report to Production Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant studies
- IT savvy
- Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to perform data analytics.
- Preferably with a Food Manufacturing experience.
- Working hour: 8am to 6pm
- Able to choose 5 days work week or 6 days work week
