This position reports to the Director. The Project Manager serve as the central hub of communication and coordination between clients, designers, and contractors. Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to high standards. Additionally, facilitate seamless collaboration among all stakeholders to achieve timely delivery and client satisfaction. Individual to be involved in:
1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Facilitate collaboration among interior designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives and timelines.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, milestones, resources, and timelines to guide project execution effectively.
4. Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to budget constraints while seeking cost-effective solutions.
5. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure that deliverables meet client expectations.
6. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, proactively addressing issues that may arise during the project lifecycle to minimize disruptions and delays.
Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in using project management software like Microsoft Project to meticulously plan, organize, and monitor workflows.
