Job Description
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Location: Toa Payoh MRT
Working Hours: Mon – Thurs (8:30am – 6:00pm) Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm)
Job Scopes
· Manage contract and coordinate works related to digitization of hardcopy documents in preparation for physical relocation of the organisation
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and awarded vendor to ensure that hardcopy documents to be digitized are properly prepared and accounted for.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and awarded vendor on the quality check and handover of digitized images.
· Monitor progress of digitization efforts of awarded vendor and highlight any issues affecting progress for resolution.
· Provide support for implementation of detailed plans for physical relocation of the office which includes the management of contracts and logistical coordination
· Oversee progress of all contracts/ efforts related to digitization of hardcopy documents
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma holders in any fields!
· Working experience in logistics/procurement/digitization is a plus!
