Job Summary:

Assisting the HOD with work planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and directing the activities of the Security and SHE through risk minimization programs for daily and during events to ensure a secure and safe facility, effective access control, security of SIC’s assets and a secure environment for the staff, clients, pectators and any third parties in SIC’s premise.

Job Descriptions:

• To identify critical security risk, SHE hazards and control weakness,
  process gaps for SIC business operations during daily and events.
• To conduct liaison/ networking and managing relationship with Law
  Enforcement Agencies such as Police and Local Government, such as
  DOSH.
• To provide advice and training to internal staff on Security & SHE requirement standards during daily and events.
• To develop, respond and assist the organization in any Security & SHE
  related emergency within SIC i.e Occupational Safety, Occupational
  Health, Security Incident, Fire Safety, Road Safety and Pandemic issues to
  minimize impact and consequences annually basis by acting as a Subject
  Matter Expert (SME) for SIC Emergency Response Team (ERT)/ Crisis
  Management Team / Enterprise Risk Management Team / Business
  Continuity Program.
• To ensure and security and safety team performs the task given daily and
  provides reports as timeline given by the HOD.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of Security & SHE Management best practice
  for SIC in general.
• To assist and liaise with the consultants on revamping the CCTV and
  preparing the necessary documents. Ensuring the CCTV is always operational.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in BOSHM, Green Book, Protective Management,
  Criminal Justice. or related.
• Background in Police or Armed Forces is advantage.
• Good in spoken & written in English & Bahasa Melayu.

• Well verse in OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 45001:2018 documentation and
  implementation.

Responsible for fulfilling all types of assistance for medical, security and logistical related requests originating through the Assistance Centre from clients and subscribers. Deliver high quality service, through effective case management, bringing swift and accurate resolution to situations presented. Execute cases with high standard customer service and working collaboratively between operations, medical and security specialists.

To provide an empathetic and efficient delivery of the whole range of 24-hour assistance services and general customer service programmes to our members.

Service Delivery:

• Provide operations and logistics expertise in the understanding and fulfilment of requests for assistance from our clients and subscribers, in collaboration with medical and security professional colleagues.

• Demonstrate a professional, positive and caring attitude when servicing clients and subscribers with the objective of exceeding expectations.

• Probe clients and subscribers who contact the Assistance Center to ensure that the request for assistance is understood and acted upon in every instance.

• Ensure continuity of service delivery by answering all requests for assistance in a timely and professional manner and managing cases in line with the key directive of Assist First, Verify Later.

• Document all matters relating to these requests using the telecommunication and computer systems made available by the organisation.

• Plan and coordinate the full range services for clients, utilising the internal resources of International SOS and external correspondents where necessary.

What you'll do

In this key role, you and your team will be covering all areas of security monitoring and incident response for NatWest Boxed and Mettle. You will be supporting them in their career growth and working on continuous improvement of operational processes

Additionally, you’ll be:

• Leading our monitoring (detection) and response (IR) enhancements with a focus on automation where possible
• Regularly reviewing and documenting the challenges in SOC operations to efficiently reduce alert fatigue and improve our monitoring and detection
• Enhancing our utilisation threat intelligence and proactively hunt for threats within our environments
• Building security operations reporting capabilities
• Ensuring we have the right skills across the team to detect and respond to incidents across our organisation

SIA Licence required.

Job Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the deployment of the security team to ensure that a satisfactory security presence is maintained on site at all times as required by the customer representative(s).
To ensure that all security personnel adhere to their duties and policies and procedures of the site at all times and report any breach of these immediately to your line manager.
Promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and foster a culture of belonging and empowerment.
Build a trusting and effective customer relationship and play an active part in the client’s one-team approach.
Liaise with the Security Operations Manager on a daily basis to ensure effective communication and deliver a high level of service.
Be the go-to contact for all daily operational Security and health and safety related matters and promote a security culture within their security hub.
Ensure effective links are established and maintained with local police, CTSA, CPA and other security professionals in the immediate area.
Ensure compliance with SLA’s.
Proactively monitor and maintain staff discipline, standards, and conduct. Having full managerial responsibility for the entire security team, including annual leave, sickness, lateness, etc.
Undertake incident management responsibilities as defined by the customer and CIS, being a point of contact out of hours in order to assist with emergencies/incidents.
Play a proactive part in the control of colleague turnover and liaise with HR to ensure that new team members are sourced appropriately and that prospective candidates are interviewed, vetted and employment commenced in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure staffing within the security team is always at required levels, with regular shift patterns worked by trained and qualified colleagues.
Ensure all staff work in safe conditions and act upon all reports of accidents and faults and that staff carry out their duties in accordance with procedures and policies.
Consistently look for improvement and innovation to increase efficiency and improve the quality of service delivered.
To ensure that discipline is maintained on shift at all times including the wearing of full uniform and punctuality of officers.
To ensure the handover is checked at the beginning of the shift to ensure all vital details are carried out before their time.
To ensure the highest standards of customer care are maintained all times when dealing with staff and visitors to the site.
Maintain confidentiality at all times and establish and maintain a good reputation with all.
Respond to communication in a professional and timely manner.
Identify any training needs for your staff and feedback to your line management whilst completing appropriate training documentation and records.
Take a proactive approach to increasing the services offered to customer.
Set and maintain the highest personal and professional standards as an employee of CIS and adopt a total quality approach to every aspect of your work, colleagues, and customers.
Attend all required meetings with the customer and your line management in support of the company’s aim of consistent quality service delivery.

Job Description

• Provide support for the secondment process to legal stakeholders, including agreement review and assistance with processing documents.
• Work with Legal staff to track requests and deliver timely status updates on the processing documents and onboarding of candidates.
• Work with alternative legal service providers (ALSPs) to ensure they are updated with process changes.
• Review and recommend or approve agreements, including, but not limited to, secondment agreements, master retention agreements, and engagement letters.
• Present and explain acceptance or rejection of agreements to law firms and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional groups in troubleshooting issues related to secondments.
