Your role as a Software Consultant is to support avodaq’s customers in their digitalization journey. You will utilize industry leading monitoring solutions to analyze and evaluate our customer’s IT environment, provide recommendations, and help them achieve business success by transforming technical complexities into actionable insights. This role requires you to serve as a bridge between technology and business stakeholders, allowing you to drive understanding and frictionless collaboration that helps organizations move towards common goals.

Your Tasks
- Presales Engagements (20%)
- Implement Application Performance Management solutions for our customers (40%)
- Implement Feature Flag Management solutions for our customers (20%)
- Develop Customizations to enhance existing solutions for our customers (20%)
- Evaluate monitoring results and make recommendations
- Evaluating technical impact on business operations
- Drive adoption of APM in the customer’s organization
- Explain technical concepts in a simple manner to a wide range of audiences
- Influence technical and business processes
- Conduct occasional workshops
Your Skills
Must-have Skills
· Be a good communicator (i.e. explain complex topics in simple terms)
· Have good presentation skills
· A passion for technology
· Problem solving skills
· Ability to program and pick up other languages (knowledge of TypeScript would be ideal)
· Have experience in either On-Premises, Cloud or Hybrid technologies
· Fluent in English
Good-to-have
· Ability to program in Python
· Experience with the Django framework
· Experience with the Angular framework
· Experience with any Observability Tools and/or OpenTelemetry
· Dynatrace Professional certification
· Basic knowledge of DevOps related concepts (e.g. interdisciplinary teams, Agile development methods, continuous delivery and deployment, container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, Micro-services)
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or comparable certifications (e.g. BBA in Information Technology)
· Experience in analytics
· Certification in either AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloud Foundry, OpenShift
Soft skills
