Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 & 2 end user support which includes application support,
maintenance and configuration in a timely and efficient manner
- Be part of the team in planning, execution and implementation of IT
infrastructure and technologies
- Prepare documentations, technical specifications and user guides for
implementations of new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for
data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least an Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree, in
Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
4 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
Good support knowledge in networking, hardware, application support and
implementation.
Familiar with Microsoft server technologies.
Good IT Security and troubleshooting skills.
Able to write and prepare good IT documentation.
Trustworthy, hardworking, committed to the task assigned.
The ability to work flexibly under pressure, be self-motivating and prioritize
unscheduled as well as scheduled work.
Independent and able to work well with others.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
*Candidate with exposure to ITSM environment and/or with ITIL foundation would be
advantageous.
