JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
• Develop and manage a team of 7.
• It is preferable for the candidate to come from a mainstream institution such as NTU or NUS, holding a recognized degree in any discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources.
• Leadership experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• 36 years old and above with min. 12 years of HR full spectrum experience.
• An individual with experience in the quasi-governmental or public sector would be ideal.
• Stable employment History (min 3 years in each job).
• Knowledge and understanding of Employer Branding
• Possess strong leadership with the maturity to lead and deal with challenging and complex situations.
• Exceptional understanding of recruiting processes and strategies
• Knowledge of recruiting systems, data management and talent analytics
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess good computer literacy skills e.g. proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory standards and employment-related legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop and maintain working relationship and credibility across the organisation.
• A Charismatic Change agent able to drive and motivate staff to achieve goals and objectives
