• Manage secondment agreement/expatriate data
• Prepare documentation and gather income information for expatriate’s personal income tax

• Source relevant training/courses and implement training plan for employee
• Arrange training application/administration
• Arrange training subsidy/training grant application
• Maintain and update training records
• Follow up evaluation after training/ courses
• Check and process related bills/ payments

4. HR Projects

• Assist and support in various ad-hoc HR projects/ activities

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in payroll software and expatriate management is advantageous
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Proficient in MS Word/ MS Excel
• Committed and meticulous
