You will utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract and engage with potential candidates. Conducting thorough interviews and assessments, you will evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications to ensure a strong fit for both the position and the company culture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract and engage with potential candidates
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including extending job offers and negotiating terms
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR teams, and external recruitment agencies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to attract top IT talent
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards in recruitment processes
- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role in the Information Technology and Services industry
- In-depth knowledge of IT job roles, skills, and technologies
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
