Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Job Description: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to building client relationships and matching candidates to job roles. This role provides hands-on training and mentorship, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a fast-paced recruitment environment. You will develop strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills while working towards set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen and interview potential candidates.
- Support in matching candidates to client job requirements.
- Build relationships with candidates and assist with client interactions.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Work towards meeting weekly and monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within recruitment.
- Target-driven and motivated to succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
