We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent & Delivery Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our clients to understand their business objectives, assess their talent needs, and develop strategies that drive organisational transformation. You will play a critical role in guiding our clients through change initiatives, enhancing their talent management capabilities, addressing their challenges and propose innovative solutions through our workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Partner with clients to understand their organisational goals, talent challenges, and transformational needs. Provide expert advice and recommendations on talent strategy offering our i2i Internships to Innovation programs, offshore professional services and talent placements.
- New Programs and Initiatives: Lead and create new initiatives to develop tech talents into the market, influencing clients on new and innovative ways of injecting new talents and growing capabilities.
- Talent Sourcing: Provide recruitment services, managing from sourcing to onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Program Management: Manage end-to-end talent programs and projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. Coordinate resources locally and regionally, monitor progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop learning programs that support talent development and capability building. Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilise data-driven insights to assess talent trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimisation of talent strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including HR leaders, executives, and project sponsors. Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent management and organisational development. Share insights with clients and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including consultants, analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in talent management, organisational development, or related consulting roles.
- Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisation Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: CEI Certification preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
