Job Description:
• Handle full spectrum of HR Lifecycle, i.e., Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding, Payroll, Employee Matters, Work Pass Renewal, Welfare etc
• Maintains compliance with employment act and regulations; reviews HR policies and practices to maintain compliance
• Oversee all other HR administrative work including compensation & benefits administration, work injury compensation & training administration
• Provide relevant support as necessary and other ad-hoc assignment.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent field
• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Info-Tech Cloud HR System experience is required
• Positive and high initiative
