• To support in delivering quality QRP and non-QRP programs for Talent Development of the
Banking industry workforce.

Main Job tasks:
- management, human resource management and the general administration to achieve business
goals and support the company’s strategic objectives.
• Spearhead and drive the formulation of a long-term sustainable business model that streamlines
the operations, optimizes resources, and enables adaption to the changing market environment in
a timely and effective manner.
• Steer and oversee continuous improvement initiatives for the company on its role as an industry’s
preferred partner in learning and development by developing quality training programmes in the
ASEAN region.
• Oversee the Company’s financial structure and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost
optimization to achieve effective and sustainable financial performance.
• Establish, build and foster strong network and alliance with internal and external stakeholders to
foster sharing of information/views, identifying new development and best practices to facilitate
greater collaboration and cooperation.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team by creating a positive work environment and
culture, promote ethical behaviour, develop and nurture leadership capabilities with the
organisation, encouraging innovation and creativity that will contribute to the overall success of the
organisation.
• Public Relations and Advocacy: Serve as the spokesperson for the ABS, building credibility in the
industry and the public, via traditional and digital media, and affiliation with international partners.
• Drive the strategic planning in ABS Singapore office and accountable for the entities financial and
compliance in accordance to Singapore regulations.
• Performs other related duties to meet the vision of the Company.
EXPERIENCE:
• At least 20 years of working experience with a minimum of 10 years working experience in Banking
and or Education/ Training industry and 10 years in Senior Management role.
• Proven track record of strategic planning, organizational growth, and successfully driving initiatives
in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to develop and execute
budget plans and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate
with diverse stakeholders and advocate for industry standards.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities, including team management, mentoring, and fostering a culture
of innovation and excellence.
QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Master of Science (M.Sc.), Master of Business Administration (MBA) or any related professional
qualification is an additional advantage.
• Preferably a Chartered Banker with a broad range of experience
