Due to an internal move, a Finance Assistant, focusing on sales ledger and revenue is being sourced to join the fast-paced, established team. What will the Finance Assistant role involve?
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of billing invoicing across the group;
• Daily allocating of payments;
• Resolution of both internal and external queries;
• Ensure outstanding invoices are followed up and paid;
• Support the year-end audit process in terms of the provision of information relating to audit requests and liaising with the auditors where required.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
• Experience of sales ledger accounting would be advantageous;
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data;
• The ability to work to tight deadlines;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
