Job Description:
1. Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise and support, resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with technical team and ensure preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for scheduled job are done. Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.
2. Project Management: Manage engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols of the job site to maintain a safe working environment.
4. Quality Control: Oversee quality control procedures to maintain high standards of construction and operation.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including chemical engineers, mechanical engineers, and technicians. Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/stakeholders and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules. Liaise with the owners and consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.
6. Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot engineering issues, offering effective solutions.
7. Documentation: Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress reports.
8. Supervision: Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.

Qualifications:
1. Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field is typically required
2. Experience: 10 years of experience as a Engineer or similar job role in the Civil Engineering industry or Mechanical cum steel structural work and piping fabrication work.
3. Technical Skills: Technical expertise and knowledge in mechanical cum steel structural works , piping and fittings knowledge ,Foundation, Civil works. Proficient in Microsoft Project and Good knowledge on method statements, Autocads drawing –piping isometric and etc
4. Communication Skills: Effective communication and teamwork are crucial for collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
5. Project Management: Project management skills are valuable for overseeing engineering projects effectively.
6. Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to safety and the ability to ensure compliance with safety standards is essential.
- Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team / department.
- Ensuring that the site works are completed with high quality standards and adhering to safety requirements throughout the project.
