Requirements
• Candidate must have at least an SPM level qualification or above.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required languages: English, Malay, and Mandarin.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel for work.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work under pressure.
• Responsible, a team player, and a fast learner.
• Effective communication, coordination, training, and presentation skills.
• Basic IT knowledge in software, networking, and hardware (e.g., device driver installation, printer installation).
• Good understanding of the retail industry and supply management is a plus.
• Knowledge of POS systems, retail, and F&B operation flow is a plus.

• Liaise with business owners to explore and understand their business processes for new project implementations.
• Conduct system training for customers during new project implementations.
• Resolve hardware and software issues that arise throughout the project phases.
• Plan, execute, and maintain the project deployment flow.
• Provide support to customers by responding to inquiries and requests.
• Collaborate and communicate with the internal team to meet customer needs.
• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
