What the role is

The Quality Service Branch (QSB), under the Clean Environment Group (CEG), handles cases related to pollution control and wastes management matters. In this role, we are looking for highly-motivated, dynamic and service-oriented individual to handle feedback, appeal and enquiries related to pollution control and waste management related issues. In addition, you will perform a wide range of duties focused on monitoring trends, and data analysis on various types of feedback to support ground operations. You will report to the Senior Assistant Director of CEG/QSB.

You will work in partnership with line departments and operations sections within Pollution Control 1 Division, Pollution Control 2 Division, Environmental Monitoring and Modelling Division and Waste Management Division, to ensure effective handling of feedback and appeal cases received from members of the public and stakeholders.

What you will be working on

You will be responsible for the following:

• Draft reports and replies and handle all cases from People, Private and Public sectors, including complex and sensitive cases, on pollution control and waste management matters in accordance with guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures and within service standards
• Review feedback and collaborate with operations and/or other agencies to understand customer issues where required, to identify gaps in service delivery and drive improvements/changes to service experience, processes, policies, and standards, including communication strategies and replies to ensure relevance and realism to changing customer servicescapes
• Partner, support and contribute to platforms and initiatives aimed at driving service excellence within NEA, for example, service events, newsletter, initiatives, etc.
• Analyse feedback data and garner insights from customer satisfaction surveys to sense and sense-make, and to propose improvement plans.

Senior Manager/Assistant Director, Clinical Service Planning and Governance

Job Function: Administration

Key responsibilities:

The Assistant Director/ Senior Manager will be responsible for the overall functions of the clinical governance and quality assurance of Tengah General and Community Hospitals. In this role, you shall oversee the management of quality improvement training and programmes, review and update relevant strategies, policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, and accreditation.

1. Support the hospital Chairman, Medical Board in the strategic and clinical planning process including conducting Horizon Scanning, SWOT Analysis, Collaborative Benchmarking to establish and define the Medical Strategy and Clinical Service Plan, New models of care, patient journeys and care access.
2. Support in the establishment, translation the hospitals Key Focus Areas and Identified Strategic Initiatives, in collaboration with Clinical Heads, Clinical Directors and Chairs of Clinical Committees.
3. Lead the patient safety hospital planning workstream and support other hospital planning workstreams as required.
4. Interface with clinical teams and support departments to define and set up work processes in the new hospitals to ensure that operational and patient flow is optimized within the clinical service’s philosophy.
5. Work closely with clinical teams (Doctors, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals) on establishing required initiatives for clinical governance and performance monitoring.
6. Design and formulate Clinical Governance Frameworks that will ensure accountability, uphold patient safety standards, and advance clinical quality in the Standards of Care.
7. Ensure the hospital meets MOH licensing requirements and MOH ESS Standards and oversee the hospital licensing application and process.
8. Develop the hospital quality improvement and quality assurance framework and to build up hospital capabilities in QI .
9. Coordinate and support credentialing of specific and core clinical privileges.
10. Coordinate clinical quality activities and ensure that clinical forms and processes are in accordance to standards.
11. Support clinicians’ training administratively and provide logistic support for in-house courses and workshops.

Job Requirements:

• Basic degree from a recognized institution. A degree in Healthcare, Business Management or in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) is preferred.
• At least 15 years of relevant working experience, with experience in secretariat and project coordination works; Candidate with more experience can be considered for a senior position.

Primary responsibilities

● Understand airline Flight Operations and Training organizations and activities.
● Adapt to specific airline or cultural environments, in order to establish a trustful relationship with the customers.
● Coordinate and follow-up various flight operations & training actions launched by / for the operators, through emails, phone calls and regular visits.
● Identify and report any (potential) safety issue or (potential) safety event that is detected in the day to day activity. Contribute, on request, to safety enhancement initiatives triggered by the Airbus Safety Management System (SMS).
● Detect and identify airline Flight Operations & Training needs, as well as opportunities for selling Airbus and NavBlue added-value products and services. Promote and ensure technical presentations of the Airbus Flight Operations & Training products & services.

A/ Technical assistance:

● Be the focal point for his/her airline flight operations transverse matters.

● Ensure that the flight operations requests to/by the operators are properly addressed and reflect real needs
