As Customer Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the following tasks and topics:

• In the customer solutioning group, you would be responsible for designing and developing the entire digital twin offering for energy and industrial infrastructure.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to determine the right solution construct for a given business problem and come up with solution blueprint, which is reliable, safe, and scalable.
• You will be responsible for all the processes including customer/ stakeholder management, pre-sales activities, site audits, on-site technical discussions, proposal creations etc.
• Harmonize multiple engineering streams on a single platter and connect the dots to form a meaningful solution that can be offered to our customer.
• You will be responsible to take technology related decisions for various customer projects.
• Help grow business in the APJ region by contributing to your capacity in customer pitches, technology evaluations, vendor evaluation and management, etc.
• Staying abreast with various latest measurement, automation and monitoring technologies which forms the basis of Industry 4.0 to address various business problems.
• Collaborating with the platform development team to customize and modify the digital twin solution architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master’s in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials or related fields from a reputed institution
• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales role
• Exceptional skills in physics, mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms
• Concrete understanding of Digital Twin Solution construct
• Ability to design and realize the project from end to end which entails connecting multiple domains to stitch a complete digital twin solution
• Bridge gap between business problem and technology solutions
• Ability to Comprehend first Principles based models required for Digital Twin Projects
• Ability to connect engineering to data science
• Experience/ Understanding of physics informed and first-principle based AI
• Very good understanding of Industrial machines and mechanical aspects
• Good understanding of signal processing and industrial grade sensors
• Good stakeholder management and presentation skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide Professional IT

- Support end user onsite and remotely to resolve IT related issues daily

- Maintain Desktops Hardware Configuration & Operating Systems

- Handle and manage Servers with VMware, HyperV (On Job Training provided)

- Provide setup to servers, san storages, NAS storages (On Job Training provided)

- Provide setup to firewall, network switches & networking equipment (On Job Training provided)

Project

- Integration project for Office Setup / Coordination Works

- Relocation project for Customer's Office in Singapore / Coordination Works

- Data destruction / Data Degaussing

- Data Centre Works

* Driving License in Singapore is preferred

* Van to drive or taxi/Grab claims provided

* Additional Onsite Incentives between $100 to $250 per month presented

Job Requirements:

- Willing to learn IT new skills

- Experience in Troubleshooting and Repairing of PC/Notebooks

- Able to Work Independently, Self-motivated and Diligent

- Written and spoken Language Proficiency in English & Chinese as there is a requirement to handle Chinese speaking customers’ technical enquires & conduct trouble shooting based on customers’ feedback.

- Candidate must possess at least Nitec/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
