Field Service Lead Engineer will be involved in supervising of the maintenance team, defect job sheet/incident tickets raised by customer. Provide daily planned system maintenance on time and meeting the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Project Team Lead will be the point of contact (POC) with customers for all system PM and CM work including periodic meeting and update with customer.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and problem resolution related to the maintenance of the Systems.
