Job Responsibilities:
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
· Responding promptly to customer inquiries and feedback
· Communicating with customers through various channels
· Acknowledging and resolving customer queries and complaints
· Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer client’s questions
· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Job Requirements:
· Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
· Experience working with customer support
· Must be proficient in Chinese to coordinate with Chinese speaking clients
· Preferably with at least 1 year of customer service experience or in the service industry
· With positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
· We have Chinese clients, and knowledge of English and Mandarin is essential
