• Monitor relevant keywords, hashtags, industry trends, and competitors to track brand mentions across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and use social media listening tools to gather insights
• To attend to all e-commerce matters
• Identify and flag negative comments or crises for escalation
• Monitor user feedback and sentiments on posts, promotions, or campaigns and measure engagement (likes, comments, shares, retweets) on brand content
• Report on the performance of paid ads, sponsored posts, and organic content
• Stay updated on competitor activities, and influencer partnerships in the industry
• Track KPIs such as impressions, engagement rate, follower growth and reach
• Summarize data into actionable insights and share with marketing or communications team
• Monitor for potential PR crises, such as viral negative posts or customer complaints and assist with immediate responses or escalate to senior team member
• Work closely with the content creation team to provide feedback based on audience reactions
• Support the marketing team in optimizing social media strategies based on insights gathered
• Coordinate with customer service teams for handling inquires or complaints flagged via social media
• Maintain organized records of social media, metrics, logs, and trends
• Schedule and track content publishing calendars for various platforms

Duties & Responsibilities

• To involve in overall project planning and management tasks from inspection to completion stage;
• To identify planning requirements, land matters, market trends, product packaging and development strategies;
• To identify overall statutory requirements and application procedure/process including Government policy in relation to project planning;
• To monitor and identify approval conditions including compliances of statutory requirements.
• To monitor construction progress and billing forecast in tandem with master program;
• To participate on Client Consultant Meetings & Site Meetings;
• Responsible for all project activities to ensure compliance with the project drawings & specifications, work schedule, safety and relevant requirements. Ensure achieving timely completion of the project & within allocated budget
• Handle project planning, co-ordinate & oversee works on site
• To work closely with consultant & sub-contractors to ensure the construction activities follow the drawings & specifications
