Key Responsibilities
- To perform administrative activities of the department ie, letter/memo log and status, department schedule of deliverables and all other related documents of the investor management department.
- To ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency in delivery of investor management projects in specific business areas assigned by HOD or manager in charge
- Assist Head of Department and Managers manage output, workflow and office deadlines.
- Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, emails, memos and answers queries where possible upon approval by the HOD.
- Take minutes for all meetings related to the divisions/ department
- Draft, type and dispatch all the Head of Division/Department correspondence.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system and ensure traceability
- Database administrators are responsible for the management and maintenance of Investor Management department databases. Database administrators' duties include maintaining adherence to a data management policy and ensuring that databases are functional and fully serve the purpose.
- Responsible to create and maintain multiple databases on a timely manner and ensure accurate and updated information is captured in all the database ie: contact details of the government agencies, list of potential investors and list of activities for reporting purposes.
- Responsible for compiling and maintaining a proper and systematic filing systems for all the paperworks i.e, incoming/outgoing letters, proposals, memos, company profiles etc. and ensures good safekeeping of all important documents.
- Arrange domestic requirement that involve visitation or special program lead or involving by Investor Management i.e local transportation for site visit, issuing placeholder meeting, and all other necessary arrangement required.
