We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for Risk & Sustainability. This role is pivotal in assisting, coordinating, planning, and implementing sustainability strategies, policies, and projects across the company.
Job Purpose:
The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for Risk & Sustainability will play a crucial role in coordinating sustainability efforts and initiatives across various business areas. The primary responsibility is to collaborate with internal stakeholders, identify prospective projects, and drive initiatives that enhance the company's performance in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) elements.
Key Accountabilities:
· Coordinate sustainability efforts and initiatives across business areas.
· Work with internal stakeholders to identify and initiate projects that enhance ESG performance.
· Share best practices and ideas to foster a culture of sustainability across the organization.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Communication and Reporting:
· Report sustainability efforts to the Group Sustainability Office and communicate updates to internal and external audiences.
· Assist in the annual publication of the Sustainability Report.
2. Strategy Development:
· Review the sustainability strategy and formulate plans and policies to drive the sustainability agenda.
· Assist in pursuing ISO14001 and ISO50001 certifications.
3. Project Coordination:
· Drive and coordinate sustainability projects across various business areas.
· Research ESG trends and recommend projects/initiatives for consideration.
4. Knowledge Sharing:
· Disseminate best practices and ideas on sustainable development across business areas.
· Organize training and workshops to promote understanding and appreciation of sustainable development at different levels of leadership.
5. Target Development:
· Work with business areas to develop and review sustainability targets across all ESG elements.
6. Support Functions:
· Provide secretariat support to workgroups and committees on sustainability meetings.
· Coordinate and conduct sustainability outreach programs.
7. Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
· Perform any other duties assigned to support the overall goals of the sustainability program.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Management, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification in sustainability is a plus.

· Strong understanding of sustainability principles and best practices.
· Excellent project management and coordination skills.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
