Our client is a solar energy provider committed to delivering sustainable and efficient solar solutions.
They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of their administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, supporting various departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Office Management:
o Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
o Maintain a clean and organized office environment conducive to productivity.
• Administrative Support:
o Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
o Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Human Resources Support
o Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.
o Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Event Coordination:
o Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are well-managed.
• Budget Management:
o Assist in budget planning and tracking for administrative expenses.
o Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality service.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Familiarity with human resources processes and basic financial management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
