Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Create PO and process orders in system
- Assist to procure office stationary, pantry items, Warehouse materials etc
- Coordination with customer via email or phone correspondence
- Raise access for security purpose
- Monitor and keep records of maintenance cycle
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Good knowledge on Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)
