Responsibilities
1. Answering phone call.
2. Goods receiving, checking, labelling and update daily goods receive record.
3. Prepare Purchase Order, loan form, Delivery Order, etc.
4. Liaise with the supplier for the latest ETA and direct delivery status.
6. Arrange & monitor goods delivery by courier.
7. Assist with stock take by quarterly.
8. Familiar in SQL system, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word.
9. Other ad-hoc task as assigned.
Requirement
1. Fresh Graduates are welcome as long as you are willing and ready to learn.
2. Or 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and organized approach.

2. Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely billings and collection;
3. Undertake preparation and review of resolutions and documents for lodgement to the relevant authorities;
4. Update and maintain all relevant statutory records and documents for clients;
5. Well versed in Companies Act 2016, Companies Commission of Malaysia’s requirements and other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters;
6. Monitor and comply with submission deadlines;
7. Attend Board meetings, Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings, etc., and preparation of meeting agendas and minutes of meetings;
8. Keep abreast with relevant legislation and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
1. Qualified ICSA graduates, MAICSA membership with relevant tertiary qualifications; ICSA finalist or currently pursuing ICSA course;
2. Minimum of 1 year’s working experience in corporate secretarial practice, preferably in a Company Secretarial Firm;
3. Good knowledge of the Companies Act and experience in preparation of board meeting agendas and minutes and any other advisory secretarial services;
4. Good inter-personal and communication skills;
5. Able to work independently with strong sense of integrity and decorum;
6. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
7. Able to lead and motivate small staff teams;
8. Strong command of English language and business writing skills;
9. Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
