Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for ALL M&E Construction Activites on Site reporting to Project Manager

• Manage construction activities and progress independently.

• Coordination and supervision of M&E works

• Liaise with M&E Consultants

• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.

• Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission

• Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission

• Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.

• Extensive experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in LTA Infrastructure Projects for M&E Systems.

• Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of employees.

• Able to work on initiatives and to work as a team.

Job Description

A) Role and responsibilities:

l Develop new businesses by approaching end users, contractors, consultants, system integrators who works globally.

l Generate quotation, manage product delivery, provide technical service (with support of engineering department), bill and collect payment to and from system integrators.

l Make proposal and provide training (with support of engineering department) of PA system to end users, contractors, consultants, and system integrators.

l Collect market & projects information in Asia Pacific region and report to managers and the Japan HQ.

l Suggest own action plan or business strategy to managers.

l Follow company policies and make best effort to maximize brand reputations.

B) Job Requirements, functions, and qualifications

l Understanding business process of transportation (Metro Railway, MRT and Airports) projects.

l Experience of offering solution of Telecommunication package in transportation projects as system integrator or contractor.

l Understanding Telecommunication system in transportation projects.

l Able to work independently, excellent written and speaking communication skill

C) Technical skills required:

l Design & Proposal skills of integrated systems in transportation projects.

l Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) for basic level.

D) Optional skills a plus:

l Experience of offering PA system or any Audio system.

l Experience of business development or opening new account, etc.

l Experience to work with consultants or contractors (not direct customer) to get market information.
