DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing the corporate month end accounting process
- Preparation of the monthly management reports
- Preparation of the Group consolidated financial statements
- Preparation of financial statements and commentary
- Consolidation of the Group projection for the management reporting pack
- Managing the monthly variance analysis and providing commentary on the financial
- performance
- Development and implementation of SOP and policy with proposed internal control and
- continuous improvement.
- Liaising with the external Auditors & Tax Consultant
- Review audited report & tax computation
- Supervising daily operation of the department and Group Cash flow
- Supervising accounting staff
