Responsibilities:

Prepare daily bank reconciliation report and able to handle full set of accounts.
Maintain proper record and organization of filling system.
Providing support for all accounting functions, regular reports including accounts payable, account receivable and general ledger.
Complete weekly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking.
Management and control of petty cash.
Prepare payment vouchers and prompt issuance of payments, credit control and follow up on payment collections.
Debtor and Creditor’s Aging.
Any other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma / Adv Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
Advance level in Autocount system, MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
Organization, able to work within tight deadlines, independently and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
Able to START WORK IMMEDIATELY or with short notice will be preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided by Superior.
Willing to work in Bandar Sultan Sulaiman, PORT KLANG, Selangor.
