Job Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain accurate accounting entries in the accounting system.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on a timely basis.
- To assist in account transactions, checking, verification, and follow-up.
- Handle data entry for all account transactions including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP) & General Ledger (GL).
- To Prepare the monthly management account and financial report with accuracy data.
- Manage proper documentation and filing for record keeping.
- The management shall assign ad-hoc duties from time to time
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in
- Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration, or equivalent.
- Required languages): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude, attention to details, and independence with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in related field is an added advantage.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel.
