Tasks:

1. Internal & External Communication/Follow-up Tasks

• Coordinate with colleagues to update the latest information in Excel, Word documents, and PowerPoint slides.
•  Communicate externally (e.g., Proton, Honda) to obtain and update the latest information (e.g., organizational charts)

2. Business development activity

• Conduct market research: Identify potential customers by gathering information from news sources and receiving insider insights from colleagues. Create presentation slides and deliver presentations accordingly.

3. Documentation handling

• Support in preparing both soft copy and hard copy versions of agreements.

4. Sales & commercial related activity

• Regularly gather information from each business unit and compile an acquisition summary slide. This slide should include details such as awarded projects, SOP (Start of Production), parts sold, prices, as well as conduct simple calculations for the value per car and projected lifetime sales.
• Assist in collecting data and creating slides for business reports, incorporating charts, bars, and other relevant visual presentations

5. Dept administration function

• Assist in confirming the Fixed Asset Listing to ensure all assets listed have barcodes attached.

Projects:

1. Quotation handling

• When company events involving OE occur, it's necessary to engage with Bosch vendors, negotiate for lower prices, and prepare relevant documentation for the claiming process (e.g., for food catering, advertising materials for the event).

2. Business operation

• Coordinate events that involve employees from Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia, fostering collaboration and strengthening our business operations across the region.

3. Customer services/ management

• Assist in greeting guests and resolving their issues whenever our department holds events or when senior executives visit.

4. Automotive research

• Conducting market research and contribute to the preparation of presentation slides aimed at expanding our business.

Tasks:

• Support CUS in order processing and managing logistic DO.
• Follow up with customer complaints regarding damages and others.
• Assist in timely documents.
• Work closely with Planner for the ETA parts.

Projects:

• Update order processing for OES business.
