- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling using Python
- Develop compelling data visualizations and dashboards
- Deliver actionable insights to cross-functional business teams
- Leverage SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau
- Apply statistical/ML techniques to solve complex business problems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Primary Skills: Data Analytics - Advanced Statistical Analysis & Modeling, Data Analytics - Data Visualization
- 15+ years experience in Analytics and Strategy (payments/fintech preferred)
- Expertise with SQL, R or Python and data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Proven ability to influence without authority and communicate complex insights
- Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Track record leading strategic analytics initiatives
- Experience in consulting or customer-facing analytical environments
