As a Performance Engineer, you will be part of the Performance Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Design and execute performance, load, and capacity tests across distributed systems
- Build, maintain, and enhance test scripts using LoadRunner and Postman
- Analyze performance across microservices running in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
- Monitor system behavior using observability tools to identify performance trends and anomalies
- Perform deep root cause analysis across application, infrastructure, and network layers
What's Needed?
- Proven performance engineering experience, including performance tuning and root cause analysis
- Strong expertise with LoadRunner, scripting, and test execution
- Hands-on API/backend performance testing experience with REST APIs
- Solid scripting/programming skills in C#, Java, or Python
- Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift
