Performance Engineer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking an experienced Performance Engineer with a strong background in performance testing for cloud Based applications. This role will focus on ensuring end-to-end performance, scalability, and reliability for applications that integrate between internal environments and external cloud platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with performance testing tools, monitoring platforms, and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can drive root cause analysis and collaborate effectively across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- A minimum of 10-15 years in Performance Testing with
- strong expertise and experience in:
- LoadRunner (Performance Center)
- Dynatrace
- Splunk
- Python
- Requirements gathering
- Proactively leading triages and driving to solutions
- Scripting in VUGen (Web HTTP/HTML Protocol), Java Protocol(must)
- Analytical abilities with heap and thread dumps
- Solid understanding of software development and architecture
- Java / .NET
- Expertise in identifying performance bottlenecks and understanding end-to-end web performance metrics..
- Experience with monitoring and profiling tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWR reports to monitor, gather, and report application performance on Windows or Linux systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills
Practical experience with Agile tools and methodologies, including Horizon JIRA and Horizon Confluence.
Self-motivated with the ability to identify critical concerns that require escalation to management for resolution.
Strong results-driven mindset with a positive and proactive approach.
Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
Salary Range- $95,000-$115,000 a year
