Senior Technical Program Manager | Hybrid

The Role
• Drive the design and delivery of security initiatives for a defensive security team.
• Partner with security and engineering leaders across various businesses to improve security posture.
• Navigate ambiguity by defining strategic vision and influencing roadmaps.
• Apply strong technical and business acumen to influence product, program, and architecture decisions.
• Represent complex decisions and trade-offs clearly to senior leadership.
• Drive program reviews and establish mechanisms for continuous execution improvement.
What You'll Need
• 8+ years of experience in technical program or product management.
• 7+ years of direct experience working with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to manage programs across cross-functional teams, including process building and release coordination.
• Experience in system design.
• 4+ years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience driving security programs in large, diverse organizations is highly preferred.
