Job Summary The DevOps Engineer is responsible for supporting Salesforce release and deployment processes across multiple environments. This role focuses on ensuring reliable delivery cycles, managing version control, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality deployment standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute Salesforce deployments across development, QA, UAT, staging, and production environments Maintain and support Git-based version control, including branching and merging strategies Conduct peer reviews of metadata changes and pull requests to ensure quality and compliance Validate test execution, code coverage, and deployment readiness Troubleshoot deployment issues, metadata conflicts, and environment inconsistencies Support sandbox refreshes, environment alignment, and data preparation activities Collaborate with developers, administrators, QA, and release teams to plan and coordinate deployments Document deployment processes, release procedures, and environment configurations Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements Contribute to continuous improvement of release management and deployment practices Required Qualifications 35 years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or Salesforce deployment roles Hands-on experience with Git version control Experience conducting peer reviews within development or release workflows Ability to troubleshoot and resolve deployment and metadata issues Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with deployment tools such as Flosum Exposure to code quality tools such as PMD, ESLint, or SonarQube Hands-on experience with Salesforce metadata including Apex, LWC, Flows, Custom Objects, and Permission Sets Education: Bachelors Degree
