About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our On-Prem engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining Arize’s solutions within customer environments, focusing on large-scale infrastructure management, cloud integration, and system reliability. You will work closely with customers to understand their infrastructure needs, adapt our software and manifests to support various environments, and ensure the health and performance of our distributed services. Your expertise will help automate release pipelines, improve deployment processes, and enhance monitoring tools to uphold high standards of platform stability. This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive approach, technical excellence, and a passion for emerging technologies that can solve complex infrastructure challenges.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Experience working with multiple cloud providers including AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and on-premise deployment strategies
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of networking, security, and infrastructure management

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the deployment of distributed, scalable services across SaaS and on-prem environments
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and customize infrastructure configurations accordingly
• Utilize and enhance monitoring tools to oversee platform health, performance, and reliability
• Partner with the product team to test new features and package on-premise releases
• Automate and streamline the release pipeline to minimize friction and improve efficiency
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve infrastructure solutions
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are maintained across deployments
