Program Manager

2. About the Opportunity:

The Program Manager leads teams to drive company growth and client project delivery by applying structured project management methodologies. This role is critical for achieving program objectives, managing stakeholder relationships, resolving conflicts, and ensuring quality outcomes that contribute to improved healthcare delivery and organizational success.

3. Responsibilities:

• Manage stakeholder relationships to maintain strong partnerships
• Communicate effectively regarding program scope, timeline, and budget changes
• Translate client vision into project activities and success metrics
• Advise clients on strategic direction and serve as a trusted partner
• Identify and resolve issues, turning barriers into opportunities
• Negotiate agreements benefiting both the project and the organization
• Collaborate with technical and growth leaders to identify growth opportunities

4. Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years managing technology service delivery projects
• Knowledge of Federal program execution
• Experience leading complex technology or data projects
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder
• US residency for at least the past 3 years
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust position, including passing a US Government background check

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $150,000 - $170,000 a year
