Data Entry Associate at Digi Nikita
Location: Remote - United States
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $40,000-$50,000 per year
About The Role
Digi Nikita is hiring a Data Entry Associate to support accurate entry, review, and maintenance of structured business records. The role is fully remote within the United States and is designed for someone who values accurate work, clear documentation, and dependable follow-through.
Because the position is remote, work should remain visible through clear status updates, well-maintained files, and concise written notes. Good handoffs matter: another team member should be able to understand what was completed, what remains open, and what evidence supports the current status.
Work will be organized around defined priorities and documented procedures. When a record, request, or result does not match expectations, the right response is to verify the available information, note the difference, and use the appropriate escalation path rather than forcing a conclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in process updates and training when data-entry procedures or systems change.
- Review source documents for completeness, formatting, and obvious discrepancies before finalizing records.
- Maintain organized digital records so information can be located and reviewed efficiently.
- Flag unclear, missing, or conflicting information for review rather than making unsupported assumptions.
- Use spreadsheets and shared tools to track work status, exceptions, and completed items.
- Communicate questions and completion updates clearly through remote collaboration tools.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to checking work before submission.
- Clear written communication and willingness to ask focused questions when source information is unclear.
- Reliable time management in a remote environment with clearly assigned priorities.
- Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain clean records across repeated tasks.
- Comfort learning new data-entry systems and updated process requirements.
Success will be measured by dependable execution, accurate documentation, and useful communication—not by rushing through work at the expense of quality.
