Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Program Manager Process Improvement Lean Practices to lead enterprise wide continuous improvement initiatives
- The role focuses on driving operational excellence cost optimization quality improvement and delivery efficiency through Lean Six Sigma and process transformation practices across multiple programs and stakeholders
Required Skills:
- 10 to 15 years of overall experience with 5 years in process improvement or transformation roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement frameworks
- Proven experience managing large programs or portfolios across multiple teams
- Strong understanding of service delivery operations and managed services environments
- Experience driving measurable outcomes cost savings productivity gains quality improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive level communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
