Warehouse Associate I – Material Handling (Belt/Dispatch)

Shift: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (No Weekends)
Pay: $17.50+/hour + Quarterly Bonuses (Accuracy, Safety & Performance)
About The Role
Looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role with a rock-solid schedule? We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Warehouse Associate to keep our Medina branch running like a well-oiled machine. You will handle shipping, receiving, and order pulling to ensure our local trade contractors and internal branch network get exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate industrial equipment including trucks, forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, cutting machines, carts, and conveyors to move items to and from storage bays.
- Expand your skill set across multiple departments, with paid cross-training in the wire aisle, crane bay, pipe yard, and will call counter.
- Serve contractor customers at the will call counter with top-tier service and notify customers by phone when their orders are ready for pickup.
- Attach accurate identifying tags, labels, and markings to materials, cases, and containers while following proper inventory procedures.
- Communicate with drivers & sales associates
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required, along with reliable transportation to and from work.
- Experience: Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred, but not required, we provide full paid training!
- Comfortable standing for long periods, regularly lifting up to 50 lbs, and manually moving inventory across a busy warehouse floor.
- Careful with numbers and digital tools to ensure accurate scanning, tagging, and inventory management.
