Summary
Front-End Engineer with 6–7+ years of experience building scalable, production-grade web applications. Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, with experience in reusable components, REST APIs, testing, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern front-end applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build reusable React components and scalable front-end solutions.
- Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Troubleshoot performance and production issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Collaborate with UX, backend, QA, and product teams.
Required Skills
- 6–7+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript development experience.
- Deep hands-on React experience in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of React Hooks, component architecture, and state management.
- Strong HTML/CSS and responsive design skills.
- Experience with REST API integration.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Git, testing, and CI/CD practices.
Preferred Skills
- Redux/Redux Toolkit or similar state-management experience.
- Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Enterprise or financial services application experience.
- Knowledge of accessibility and front-end performance optimization.
