About the Role
Join a high-impact Compliance Technology team responsible for building and enhancing enterprise-scale surveillance and regulatory monitoring platforms. You'll work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver solutions that support critical regulatory and risk management initiatives across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based compliance and surveillance applications.
- Build scalable solutions that support regulatory monitoring, alerting, and reporting.
- Develop automation and data-processing tools using Python.
- Work with Oracle and MySQL databases to support data management and integration initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and application issues.
- Participate in release management, deployment activities, and production support.
- Collaborate with global teams in an Agile environment.
- Translate business and compliance requirements into technical solutions.
What You'll Work On
- Trade surveillance and regulatory monitoring platforms.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Core Java development experience.
- Experience with Informatica
- Strong experience with Spring Framework and enterprise Java applications.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, MySQL, and Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience with Python scripting, automation, and data processing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, and source control tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications through the full SDLC.
- Agile/Scrum experience and strong collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Compliance Technology experience.
- Exposure to Trade Surveillance or Regulatory Compliance platforms.
- Experience with PowerCenter, IICS, or similar ETL tools.
- Background supporting large-scale production systems and data platforms.
