About The Role
The Program Manager will lead cross-functional delivery for technical programs spanning engineering, product, data, security, and infrastructure. The role brings structure to complex initiatives involving cloud services, APIs, platform migrations, and internal developer tooling.
You will turn strategy into executable plans, manage dependencies and risks, and keep teams aligned from planning through launch. Success means delivering reliable programs on schedule while improving how technical teams plan, communicate, and measure outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of technical programs, including platform launches, cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and API integrations
- Build and maintain program plans in tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or Smartsheet, with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and decision logs
- Coordinate engineering, product, security, data, and operations teams through planning, execution, launch readiness, and post-launch reviews
- Establish operating rhythms including weekly status reviews, risk tracking, dependency management, and executive reporting
- Define success metrics and delivery KPIs using dashboards, spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools to identify schedule, quality, and capacity risks
- Facilitate technical decision-making and escalate blockers with clear options, tradeoffs, and recommended actions
- Document processes, retrospectives, and standard operating procedures that improve program predictability and cross-functional execution
What We Are Looking For
- 3-8 years of experience in technical program management, project management, product operations, or a related cross-functional execution role
- Experience leading software, infrastructure, data, security, or platform programs involving multiple engineering and business stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methods, including roadmap planning, sprint execution, release management, and retrospectives
- Hands-on experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, Notion, Slack, or equivalent platforms
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical risks and dependencies for both engineering teams and senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; SQL or data analysis; software development lifecycle tooling; technical certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or SAFe
