The Role
- Drive internal Backend architecture standards and expertise
- Improve software quality by reshaping legacy codebases

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-10+ years of Java development and backend engineering experience
- Expert proficiency in Java and experience with at least one additional backend and frontend language
- Experience improving legacy codebases and automated testing
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
