Experience Requirements
10+ years as a Lead Developer or Development Manager.
5+ years of broad experience with development technologies, including
Oracle databases or similar relational databases.

- Microsoft Visual Studio
- .NET development technologies
Job-Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)
- Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, terminology, and SQL proficiency.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio / .NET (preferred).
- Knowledge of ORMs, including Entity Framework and nHibernate (preferred).
- Experience developing and maintaining software systems involving complex financial business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to conduct complex systems analysis and translate user requirements into effective business solutions.
- Ability to apply best practices and research to problem avoidance and continuous improvement efforts.
