Role: LEAD .NET DEVELOPER
Location: Chicago, IL - Hybrid / 2days onsite
Description:
Required Qualifications
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET (latest versions)
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize API consumption
- Drive CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments in AWS environments
- Advocate for automated testing frameworks and reduce manual testing reliance
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
- Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, containerized environments such as AKS)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, JIRA familiarity a plus)
- Experience with MySQL
- Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace
- Excellent communication skills with strong business and stakeholder engagement experience
