- Responsible for quality and quantity of sub-assemblies
- Continuous improvement in support of department and company goals
- Supports, participates and encourages team building
- Provides feedback, both positive and negative, to the team, other related departments and the supervisor

- Follow all of Porter Corp’s procedures and policies
- Work safely and efficiently

- Perform other duties as assigned
Education And/or Experience
- This position requires a knowledge of basic material handling methods to ensure a quality product is delivered to all customers
- Work requires a high school diploma or equivalent
Travel
This position requires minimal to no travel
Computer Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems
Other Requirements
- Able to read blue prints
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Must be open-minded to new ideas and concepts
- Possesses very good problem-solving skills
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented
Other Skills
- Safe and efficient material handling to minimize damage
- Accuracy and completeness of deliverable materials to customer
- Follow all Porter Corp policies and procedures
