What You'll Build

Product Engineering

• Own complete features end-to-end: from database schema to API design to beautiful, performant user interfaces.
• Ship fast without breaking things; write clean, maintainable code that scales with the business.
• Make critical architectural decisions that impact millions of users; your code will become the foundation others build on.
• Solve hard technical problems across the stack: complex state management, real-time data synchronization, distributed systems, performance optimization at scale.

Systems & Infrastructure

• Design and build APIs, microservices, and data pipelines that are fast, reliable, and elegant.
• Implement robust testing, monitoring, and deployment systems that enable the team to move faster.
• Optimize database queries, reduce latency, and eliminate bottlenecks; make every millisecond count.
• Think in systems: understand trade-offs between consistency and availability, design for failure, and build for scale from day one.

Technical Leadership & Craft

• Set the standard for code quality, system design, and engineering excellence; raise the bar for everyone around you.
• Engage in rigorous code reviews and technical discussions; teach and learn from world-class engineers.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and tools that multiply team productivity.
• Take ownership beyond your code: participate in technical strategy, mentor other engineers, and shape how we build.
