Core Position Requirements
To be considered, candidates
must have 9+ years of documented experience in the following areas:
- End-to-End Project Estimation: Developing and adjusting project estimates across planning, analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
- Schedule & Scope Control: Tracking milestones, managing scope changes, and taking swift corrective actions to prevent project slippage.
- Metrics & Governance: Capturing, analyzing, and reporting critical program metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Agile & Scrum Leadership: Serving as a Scrum Master for cross-functional teams, facilitating ceremonies, and collaborating with Shared Services.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- You have a proven track record of managing long-term, large-scale delivery cycles (8 12 months).
- You excel at building relationships with portfolio managers, executive stakeholders, and vendors.
